On domestic orders, we offer 30-day free returns for store credit. For a refund back to the original payment method, a $6 return shipping fee will apply. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear..
Once your return package is in transit to our warehouse, your return process begins. After the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or decline. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date your tracking shows “Delivered” for this review to be completed.
If approved, refunds are typically issued within 7 business days and returned to your original method of payment.
At this time, exchanges are not available. If you wish to return an item, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal. You may then place a new order for your preferred item.
Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that any damaged items reported beyond the 30-day return window are not eligible for return or refund.
Goods are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect appears within 1 month of purchase. After this period, items are regarded as the result of normal wear and tear and are not classified as faulty.
