WHERE IS MY RETURN?

Once your return package is in transit to our warehouse, your return process begins. After the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or decline. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date your tracking shows “Delivered” for this review to be completed.

If approved, refunds are typically issued within 7 business days and returned to your original method of payment.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

At this time, exchanges are not available. If you wish to return an item, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal. You may then place a new order for your preferred item.

Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We sincerely regret if you have received a damaged item. To assist you quickly, please email a photo of the product along with your details to help@ccea.ae and our team will be happy to arrange a resolution.

Please note that any damaged items reported beyond the 30-day return window are not eligible for return or refund.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Goods are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect appears within 1 month of purchase. After this period, items are regarded as the result of normal wear and tear and are not classified as faulty.
